RETURN POLICY

While we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every product, we understand that circumstances may arise where a return becomes necessary. Therefore, we have outlined our return policy below to assist you in this process:

  • Returns:
    • You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
    • Please include your proof of purchase when returning the item.
  • Refunds:
    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
    • If the returned item shows signs of damage or is missing accessories, the cost of these damages or missing accessories will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping:
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping to and fro will be deducted from your refund.
    • The cost of both the outgoing and return shipping will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

WARRANTY POLICY

Thank you for choosing NOIZZY BOX. We are committed to delivering high-quality products to our valued customers. To ensure your confidence and satisfaction, we provide the following warranty policy:

  • Coverage:
    • Our products are backed by a 6 Months to 1 Year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
  • Exclusions:
    • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, modification, any power fluctuation or any other circumstances beyond normal wear and tear.
    • Consumable parts, such as batteries, transforms and switches are not covered under the warranty.
  • Claim Process:

  • Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for shipping the product to our designated service centre for warranty evaluation.
    • If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
  • Voiding the Warranty:
    • Tampering with the product, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow the product’s care and usage instructions may void the warranty.
