If you wish to cancel your order, please email us with your name and order ID at email@example.com within 6-8 hours of the purchase. If the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled.
All sales are final and products are non-returnable. We offer free replacement in case the product has any defects. Please report the issue to us within 7 days of receipt of product, with images of defect and mention your order ID. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
Please ensure product is unused, in the same condition as received, in the original packaging and includes all items shipped in our package. Item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
In case we are unable to issue a replacement for your product, we may issue a refund of your order. Once we receive back the product, we will inspect it for product quality control including all original packaging. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
All our products are eligible for 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects. If you need help with claiming your product warranty, mail us the issue in the product along with your order ID, name and phone number to firstname.lastname@example.org and our team shall reach out to you.
